This document aims to present information related to the motives and reasons for the creation of Monarch Organization. National Movement for the Scientific Reappraisal of AIDS.

This document explain clearly the origin of this Association, the purposes for which it was created, guidelines and scientific foundations that underpin the work of the same, how to be prepared plans and work programs to continue , ethical and legal guidelines that must be respect and in general everything about this foundation.

We advocate the right to information for people living with HIV and their right to know treatment options for their health problems when they are related to AIDS, faithfully believe that the freedom to choose what treatment should be followed is in each of those affected by HIV status, we wish with all my heart to understand that the most important thing in this whole movement is that people regain their health and nothing else, just do the right thing for the sake of thousands of people who going through this hell called HIV / AIDS.

Foundation

The basis on which they are founded ideas and precepts that gave birth to the Civil Partnership are the scientific research of the group of physicians, virologists, chemical engineers, doctors and other molecular biology scientists who make up the World Committee for the Restatement Scientific AIDS (Rethinking AIDS), and its president Dr. Robert A.
